I listen to a lot of different spiritual teachers because I don’t really want to get caught up on a particular method or teacher.
You can find just about all of these in book format, but I prefer them in MP3 format so that I can hear these wonderful voices and words of wisdom vibrate in my ear. Since there is also a dearth of healthy, spiritual role models in my life and a too-generous dose of mistrust, I really, really prefer hearing this wisdom passed down to me orally. I can much better gauge the reliability of the messenger when I’m listening to what they are saying.
You might even find these on You Tube.
