I don’t always know what I will do when I start art journaling.

Lots of times I create backgrounds with NO idea how they will be used, or what I will write on them.  The point with  art journaling is to JOURNAL on your art pages, but I’m not always inspired at the time I finish a background.  So, often, my background pages will sit unfinished, sometimes for a LONG time, like the first watercolor page in this journal, which I did last September.

I recently finished it and I really like how it turned out.


It just makes me happy.
