Sweet child o’ mine

Littlest daughter and I went to the local park Saturday night for some mommy and me time.

She gingerly walked on the ‘stepping stone’ lights that shine underneath this sculpture.

And drew me a heart in the red sand.

We were mesmerized by the shimmering lights on the water.  The structure across the pond is an outdoor stage.

Yeah, I’m not sure what this rusty iron wall/art piece with the handprint is supposed to mean, but, it’s a neat photo op anyway.

  2. Kimberley. I’m delayed in responding. It’s been a rough week. I have a post half written, but the wake and funeral I attended this week for a child has been difficult to bear. Hopefully soon I can get the post finished.
