Zenspired doodling

I have been intrigued with doodling for a while now and have found a lot of inspiration in artist and calligrapher Joanne Fink.

You can learn some of her methods here at Sakura of America under Zenspirations.

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I borrowed a few ideas from her artwork to practice my own doodling with.

She has a book out called Zenspirations available at Amazon.com.



Yes, I need to work on my lettering.  I can’t quite get them done right…always have too many blemishes.  Oh well, I have fun with it.
